Posaakh - Cheap and Damaged Product

The dealer runs business under the name Posaakh. They have a Instagram Page from where they advertise their products.
The Product images shown on their page are very different from what they sell.
On **th May ****, I ordered a dress material worth Rs. **** from this page but due to poor quality product I requested for an exchange. For which they charged me additional Rs *** shipping charges.
The new product I ordered in exchange had two qualities (One worth Rs **** and the other worth Rs ****.) The dress which was for **** had mirror work on it, so I place an exchange order for this dress. I paid additional Rs.*** to cover the price for the new order.
When I received my order, I found the dress to be of a very cheap quality, and it was the dress which was worth Rs ****. Immediately, I called the person but she didn't answer. I tried contacting her for * days, after which I demanded a refund stating the reason that the product was poor in quality. After hearing this, the person started speaking arrogantly, call my reason "non-sense". She said they have no refund policy so I had to take another product in exchange.
So, This time I told her I will take a saree in exchange. The saree that I received is absolutely cheap and damaged. It is burnt in the middle and has holes. I am trying to contact the owner (Priyal Bokadia) and the sales person (Komal) for * days. They aren't answering the phone calls nor replying to my messages.
