my consignment number is Z******** and I booked DTDC lite from the lajpat nagar DTDC franchisee on **th may **** to Hyderabad. On tracking down my consignment it is showing that it's been processed and sometimes rerouted and then forwarded to the facility. On top of it, since *rd June **** it is in the same place that is MEDCHAL MF, Hyderabad and has not moved anywhere. Have tried calling the customer support no body is picking up the call. Have sent numerous mails but no body is replying back. Is this the way a well renowned company who claims to be the trusted one of India behaves? Who is answerable to my issues and when it will get delivered?
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
