DTDC - Package Not Delivered Yet

Recently I had the worst experience with DTDC with Consignment. My order is delayed by more than ** days and still the parcel is not delivered. Also tracking is not updated. When I connected with customer support they informed me the parcel was on the mis-route. They will reroute the parcel but still tracking is not updated. I have dropped multiple emails to customer support of DTDC but no response was received from them. Every time when I connect with the customer support of DTDC, they inform me that tracking will get updated in the next * hours, but the tracking is not updated from the last ** days.


It's disheartening to realize that it's impossible to find a company that consistently delivers consignment on time, meanwhile I have booked my parcel with reputed logistics vendor DTDC.

Also every time when I connect with customer care on call they told me you will receive parcel in one day. Its transferred from Bangalore and while customer support from backend team telling me they are investigating the issue. When I connected with Banglore APEX of DTDC they told me they need to find the parcel please share the photos. So from all places I am receiving different responses. Parcel having corporate laptop and its creating issue in my organization. Laptop cost is ***** but I am not able to work for organization and I am having salary loss also and still my item is not received. Pls help to get it resolved.
