Ecom was supposed to deliver shoes that I ordered on aldo website. Ecom delivery person called and said he is leaving my box with guard and took OTP. Have been calling them repeatedly and they are not attending to my complaint. The pod has been signed in my name - but clearly is not mine.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
