I had a parcel to be delivered by Ecom Express Delivery Boy, But he intentionally cancelled my delivery. And mentioned the comment thar customer is not contactable and location is not reachable. Whereas he did not call. My home is in front of the Ecom Express office, from where the shipment has to be delivered. His name is Ashok Kumar from Ecom Express, Kanahi more, Jharsa Village, Gurgaon ******. This man has no regret for what he did. He had cancelled my delivery * times. I visited to the office itself and collected my packet by myself. Please take an appropriate action against him, So that he could not do so further. Thank You
