We had booked order on **th November **** from portal courier services app to deliver parcel of saree worth rupees **** from (RCF colony Chembur East, Mumbai) to (Ashoka Tower, Kolapte Chawl Borivali East, Mumbai) for which we paid ***/- rupees for our order to Porter app. However delivery executive pick-up our parcel and did not deliver it he stole our parcel and run away. We raised it to Porter however they are not refunding our money.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
