Myntra is mentally torturing me and harassing me since the last * month and this is the second time this is happening. Your logistics partners are acting like goons and not delivering the exchange product even after tens of requests placed by me. I have made all efforts to communicate to Myntra officials but my product has not been delivered to me.I am a very middle class person with limited assets and Myntra is mentally torturing me.
All i want is to to get compensated in a way which are not coupons and to cancel the product if you are unable to deliver the order but dont steal from customers in this way. This is extremely unethical.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
