I have order a *in * scissor from wonderchef and prepaid it. Its now * months they are not even dispatching the order and even not refunding my money. Everyday i call the customer care and they are showing just tantrums and everyday waiting. I don't know its already * months and still no surity of getting refund in future. Biggest frauders plus their leader sanjeev kapoor.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
