Package was delivered to wrong address of pune and new address has been updated to zivami app and even delivery boy, he said he has return the package to office and it will be delivered to my new adress as i can see in app that i shows delivered.
Wanted to know if i am gona get my package on new adress or i will get my refund.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
