SAROJ KUMAR SAHU filed complaint against Amazon on Oct 21, 2018
I had placed an order of * products(* book,* mens accesssories,* amla juice from amazon *n **th oct ****.The estimated delivery date was **th oct ****. it was festive season offer period . So to get some discounts on my products I made this order .And I paid through my debit card.So I waited for the delivery date. But before the day i.e on **th october I received an email that my book has been cancelled and is being returned to them. And same for the rest * products on **th october. But I hadn't made any cancellation request. After calling them they said it was happened due to the possibility that the products might be getting damaged. And said that my money will be refunded in another * to * days. Infact they could have informed me earlier about this. Only my valuable time was wasted here. If I go for another site to order these items it will also take * to * days more. and the sum which was debited from my account for * days and their account was bulking with this. Literally I am in loss for their mistakes.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
