ANIL KUMAR POONIA filed complaint against FedEx on Nov 17, 2018
I had ordered some goods on Prime abgb from Mumbai and they sent it on **-**-**** through FedEx (overnight std. delivery) with Tracking ID-************, which was supposed to be delivered on **-**-**** by *:** PM.
When I did not receive it on **-**-****, on **-**-**** at **:**, I contacted the FedEx support team on their toll free number *********** and the representative of FedEx
promised me to provide same day delivery arrangements, but when It was not delivered until **:**, I talked to the FedEx support team at **:** P.M. They expressed their regret over it and
and again committed that they will deliver it by next day (**-**-****) before noon.
**-**-**** at **:** A.M. I spoke to the FedEx support team, they told me your Package will be delivered today before noon. But by *:** P.M. no delivery made.
When I talked to them again, they said "Your complaint is forwarded. The delivery team will tell you when delivery will happen."
We don't have any information about when delivery will be done.At **:** I get a phone call from the FedEx Complaint agent who informed me
that your Package will be delivered to you on Monday only when I asked him sir then what FedEx overnight std. Delivery means he said I don't have any answer.
My experience with FedEx during **-**-**** to **-**-**** was totally horrible and it was not expected. They are behaving as if you have sent a consignment through FedEx,so now be ready to face such issues as a result.
Delivery not made till time of filing this complaint.
