I ordered pregnancy pillow from Flipkart on **oct****,delivery date shown on **oct****.**oct I got a message that package undelivered,but status in Flipkart is just shipped.
**rd morning I didn't receive the order I called the customer service requested to deliver the product before **:**hrs on **rd,they told you will receive your product before **:**hrs on **rd.
Again I made a call but * executives were not responded properly.
On the same day I wrote mail to their customer support regarding their service,I got a call but executive is only speaking hindi and disconnected the call,again I wrote a mail same thing repeated till **th,**th evening I got a call from Flipkart they told that they will track and deliver it by tomorrow(**thoct),whereas,I got my money refunded on **th morning.
Already I ordered on *rd Oct and money refunded on **th Oct which is unfair.I ordered when I was *month pregnant ,now *th month started for me..
Now there is no point of buying that,my stress and tension has been increased because of this website false promises.I want the compensation for this.
