Netmeds.com - Package not delivered on time- Medicine, patient got critical

I've placed an order on **th of Aug'** and company and today is *th Sep. I've no idea what is happening with my order and the neither NedMeds nor XpressBees is giving any update when its going to reach. The courier tracking is showing package out of the route and moving all over the india in past ** days. Everytime I call the netmeds or courier partner they says, we dont have any update and we will check and get back to you but I never got an update from them never heard back. Everytime I have to call them, shout and they just reply back that "We will get back to you". My patient got critical as she is a sugar patient and didnt received medicines on time. I paid extra to arrange the medicines from local/nearby markets. Netmeds is doing forge by saying delivery in *-* days but actually it takes atleast ** days or more.. This is really a crap company and no one should order or suggest loved one to order anything from netmeds.
