I placed an order with this company on **th Feb for the gift delivery on **th Feb in Canada. They ask for a special price which I paid. The address details which I gave was correct but the gift was not delivered. When I asked the reason the company said that its an incorrect address and we want a new address. When I said that it is the correct address then they said that we will reattempt the delivery between **-** hours but still no delivery was reattempted. I asked for cancellation for which they denied and asking me for the proof of address. Now tell me one thing thta If I am sending a gift to someone and the address is correct then how come I ask for the address proof from that person.
