Trendize - Package not delivered No refund

I placed an order on **th September **** on Trendize. Thereafter I have been trying to reach out to them on the contact number ***-****-**** whatsap number ********** and email id support@trendize.in provided on their website but there is no revert. Emails are bouncing back, no one is receiving the call and no one is reverting on whatsap number. This is a pure scam. Their instagram page is showing Diwali sale as of now. Surprisingly their website https://trendize.in says “we are team of young passionate people only thinking about you”. They a team of scammer thinking only to rob you of your money and how to cheat people. They are running an online fraud.
