Trendize - Sent wrong item on purpose Refusing to refund

I first placed an order with Trendize sofa covers on the *nd of Oct. I bought * sofa covers and a chair cover worth ****/- in total. I received my order on the *th and on opening the parcel I found that they sent me a different color than the one I had bought.
I had sent them an email regarding the same and even reached out to them on WhatsApp. They told me the color I had selected was out of stock. I had a conversation regarding replacement and they initiated the process.
I kept reaching out to them as no one showed up for the pickup. They didn't reply. Finally got a reply on the **th and they set up a fresh pickup. Again I kept reaching out to them again as no one was showing up and they didn't reply.
Finally on the **th of Oct I reached out to the courier company myself and showed them the reverse pickup receipt. They took the parcel from me the same day. I kept tracking the parcel waiting for them to receive it.
I waited * days after they received the parcel back to hear from them but again they didn't reply. On the *th of Nov I demanded my money back and they quickly issued me a voucher for ****/-. I used the voucher to make a fresh purchase on the same day where I selected a new design of sofa covers.
I contacted them again on the **th as I didn't receive any update regarding the shipping of my new order. They informed me that the design I selected was out of stock and they will send it when it comes back. They didn't mention any timeline for this. Mind you that both the sofa covers that I selected in the two separate orders are still not showing as out of stock on their site till date.
I demanded my money back as I was tired of the run around. They have refused stating they have a no refund policy. How is such a policy valid when they have been messing my order since the beginning and they are not providing clear and transparent information on their site?
I haven't received the money nor do I have the products. I want my money back and if possible monetary compensation for the harrasment and lack of transparency on their part. I posted about my experience on my social media and I had other people reaching out to me saying they had a similar experience of them sending an incorrect item. This is their modus operandi. Please help me resolve this. Thank you.
