Trendize - No item delivered not even refund

We had placed an order on **th dec and made upfront payment of Rs.****/-. However we decided to not go ahead with the purchase. When tried to get the refund, the email ID bounces back, phone number is never received by anyine, giving a total feeling of fraud. The address mentioned in internet also does not exist. Its a total fake csam company.
