ajio - Package not delivered more than once

this has been experienced frequently, Ajio scams customer in to buying products by offering attractive offers, however the product is never delivered, the ans is always the same when enquired, "there was a problem with delivery partner", the delivery partner who is problematic has always been the same "Xpressbees", they pick and choose the product which they can deliver and for some product delivery is not available in same pin code, Customer services keep repeating same thing until it makes you crazy that you end up accusing them, it is a tact they force you to use bad words so that they can disconnect the call saying that the customer is accusing, but there is only certain amount of patience one can have, Ajio will always test your patience. Emails will always have drafted ans, any mode of approach will always have same response. But there is no action taken from their end. It is a scam, they should be penalized and banned from the services
