Dear sir/ mam,
I have order raw chicken in Delhi for my aunty. through swiggy they charged ***rs with delivery charges.
They delivery guy didn't reach to the address and called me I have given the instructions for delivery, he said he got it. after **minutes swiggy executive call me from swiggy call centre that claiming that the delivery guys *km away to delivery address he cant the reach delivery address and said he will cancel the order and refund the item amount and will deduct the delivery charges. So, I agreed atleast I will get ***rs. after I received a msg from saying that the amount will not get refund.
This is the second time they are looting my money.
as they canceled the order taken the item. how can they deduct from my pocket.
