I've placed an order from westside on **th March and till bow the product is not yet dispatched from them. I tried contacting westside's customer care but the call is going on hold for long time and no one is answering it.
I also emailed them, messaged on instagram but there is no response anywhere.
Please refer the evidence for order number and other details.
I hope I either get the product delivered ASAP or atleast a refund.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
