i have ordered for Value of food *** excluding GST (**.**), Delivery Charges (**) and restaurant Packing charge (**.**).
I have used promo code -*** , so total i have paid ***.** amount.
The food i have received with invoice of one quantity less and total amount is ***.**
When I complaint the Zomato they have intiated the food items missing. but they are not refunding the Charges incurred on Restaurant packing charges for the food they have not delivered.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
