I have booked packers and movers service from no broker on **/Apr/****, HSPM - *******
Pickup done from our location, Sangli on **/Apr/****.
Quotation given that the goods will be delivered for a maximum of * days which is **/Apr/****.
But still the goods are in no broker vendor of Mr Jaipal sing Partner warehouse "Gayatri packers and movers" Kolhapur, I visited the place on **th Apr'** and took the video of the same. It was horrible looking at our goods stored like garbage in a vendor warehouse, not sure whether the goods are in good condition (attached video reference for same)
Vendor Jaipal Sing (**********) and his rep Ajay Singh (*********) never respond to our calls.
No broker RM Mr Sinha confirmed that the consignment will reach chennai house on *rd May ****.
He said he will pay the compensation for the entire loss that happened to the customer.
I need to know why the email confirmation is still is not given as per the commitment given over the phone. Hope we are now proceeding legally as we are totally not satisfied with your services.
My family staying in Chennai empty house from **rd Apr'**** on wards and suffering with * kids and * senior citizens, not able to provide basic amenities to them, providing outside foods, not able to send kids to schools, the whole family is in discomfort and depression stage now. If any health issues happen, who will take the responsibilities..
No broker should refund the paid amount with compensation for not delivering the goods on time.. No broker service is "NOT Trustworthy" not ready to rely on this service as well.
No broker need to compensate the money wasted during these days and unnecessary travel to Sangli, Kolhapur to check the status of goods in person.
Today is the **th day, already days extended than committed...Even if the goods loaded today in Kolhapur, it will reach Chennai after * days.. almost **+ days
This is the worst service I came across in my experience, Will never recommend no broker service to anyone in future.
Need to find the solution for this issue and speedy response from No broker team as they are giving proper information even after many followup calls made.
Refer to attached necessary documents and send me confirmation mail asap on delivery date with compensation.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
