DTDC - Package not delivered however updated as delivered

First time I have used this DTDC service and have a pathetic experience from the branch of Azamgarh Raidopur. People called Himanshu Gaur ********** and Mansi (**********) from that branch are least bothered about their service towards customer.
From past * days, I could see that they are updating status for my docket as out for delivery however when I'm calling them they are saying that area is non-serviceable and courier is staying with them. However, I stay at Bhawarnath which is *.* km from that office.
They are least bothered to call the customer and inform the status. Seriously very disappointed with people of that branch how they provide services. Would request if you could take action as not getting ombudsman email on their website. My tracking id is V******** and as it was very urgent hence couriered via dtdc so that it can be delivered to the door but it didn't. Now I spoke and that guy name Himanshu is saying that he is writing exams from past * days hence he cannot deliver that courier and he has updated on the website as delivered.
