I have made a courier on *st April from Bangalore to Visakhapatnam. As per the tracking details, the courier reached visakhapatnam hub on *th April and today it is **th April and still it is not delivered. I had to send a time sensitive document and now I am looking at a financial loss as I could not share the document on time. This is highly unethical and unprofessional. I had to go through a lot of mental stress following up everyday and making my parents wait at home and not go anywhere to collect the courier for the past ** days.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
