My prepaid shipment *************, containing critical legal documents(which amount to **k+ worth of settlement), was picked up on **th Sep. No delivery, no tracking updates since **th, no response on raised ticket. After complaint on twitter, they added a tracking update that delivery was not attempted as consignee could not be reached for verification call which is an absolute lie.
Please deliver or at the very least, return my documents to me if you will not deliver.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
