Reciver sender filed complaint against Savana By Urbanic on Jun 24, 2025
I recently ordered a kelly crossbody bag and it is not delivered yet. More than **+ days and still not delivered. Didn't expect such disappointing service for the very first time shopping. I complained to the delivery company they said it's the sender's issue. Upon that, the delivery guy lied to me that I wasn't available at the location. Kindly look into this issue asap.
