Savana by Urbanic - Refund not credited

I ordered a trouser from savana and after i got it, it clearly did not fit me. The return pickup went smoothly but even after waiting for * business days the refund status was not yet shown. After the * days on the app it showed me that the refund was sent from their side. But after almost one month i have still not received a penny. This is a very common issue with many returns and it is truly disappointing to see such a huge company still being in such petty issues. This is has been a great inconvenience and i absolutely hope that my complaint reaches savana and i hope i get the refunded amount. This is the bare minimum request.
