This is regarding my prepaid order with Order ID:S********************* dated **th may from Savana. ** days have passed but my order is not delivered yet also I contacted their customer service but they are not giving clear answers where my order is. Their customer service is pathetic they keep the chat on waiting for a long time then also don’t give satisfactory response. My money got stuck at Savana. I really don’t know whether my order will get delivered or not. Kindly help on this issue.
