Amazon - Package not delivered by amazon

I ordered two bag of cathylondon on ** oct **** but delevery boy call me and told me to cancel this item,i didnt bt after some time showing in account that my bag delevered but bag not delivered.i called many times of customer care about this probem they told me mam wait for ** hours.i wait but finaly my product not delivered and in the last customer care told me that the investigation process will be start and after * days when i called customer care told me,mam your product reached in your address you can ask your neighbor and amazon cant help you and your refund will not be done.i shocked and told him if he delivered my item than what is the proof of this so they told mam u should complain about it and after your complain we provide all proof and till now we cant.i am very disappointed for this and amazon cheted me.
