I ordered for * items which were out for delivery on *th October ****, but only * items got delivered. On asking the delivery agent was informed that other two were mistakenly left at the center and the same would be delivered the next day.
Next day I get a status update the other two are also delivered without any delivery done. On raising a complaint at customer service was informed that the issue would be resolved on or before **th October, ****.
On **th I get an update on complain that the issue has been resolved and as per logistic partner the delivery was completed. On agin reaching out the customer support B-Team at Myntra was pointed out that nothing can be done as the issue is marked resolved with delivery completed
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
