Professional Courier - Package not delivered but still in tracking shows already delevired

package was sent from Shimogga to Bengaluru(Gejjagadahalli, Dasanapura) on **th December **** but till date package not delivered, when I tracked the package it shows delivered, regarding this if I reach customer care, they have given some mobile number and informed me to contact, *********** and then I contact the given number ********** , and when the lady received she told she is from head office and when I asked why it is wrongly updated, she added some other person to call and informed that package is in Nelamangala and when I asked why it is wrongly updated and what is your action, she replied that is not done from my side you better reach Nelamangala centre and gave this below number ********** and disconnected call without proper response even when I was still speaking, and when I contact the given Nelamangala number the guy is asking me to send slip and wait for some time and he disconnected the call and again I reached head office but still no proper response, agian I reached Nelamangala center and he is telling may be it is updated wrongly I will check but still there is no guarantee where is my pacakge,
Also the other thing is when I register a customer service complaint it automatically closed.
Worst customer service and resolving.
What if people or not aware much about all these tracking with these kind of worst service
