Order number NYK- ******** ******* with card payment for * products . Only one product was delivered and other one (Kama Ayurveda lip balm) was not delivered but nykaa app status showed both the products delivered on same day. I raised the complaint against this for which thy replied back as fraud escalation .
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
