DISHITA filed complaint against Myntra on Jul 25, 2021
On **th July, the product was marked as delivered. Tired to contact the deliver person but unreachable. Myntra Support hours changed due to pandemic.I got busy and tired to contact myntra in there non working hours hence So was unable to contact them.
On **th raised a complaint via email which was closed stating its delivered. Again raised a complaint, now they are saying complaint can't be addressed since its raised late.
The signature provided by myntra for deliver just does not give any information about the delivery as it's just a R which any one can do it.
This was a paid order. If it was COD, it could be delivered. Fraud by Myntra. These small fraud eventually leads to scams.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
