This was related to order id *********.
Ordered raised for * products from the same brand name Tara C Tara and received only one order (black dress) out of two but in the bill both the product were mentioned. After continuously followed up with customer team, I got to know that my request got closed without informing me basis on sellers confirmation. But when I asked them to share more details on it, recorded videos from seller and logistics parter then they denied to do so. How come customer can get satisfy after just knowing that the request is closed after confirmation from Seller. The product packet was too small and can carry only one product in it as shown in attached images asked by tatacliq. They are ignoring live images shared on the same day of delivering.
Hope to get it resolved further.
