Package not delivered but marked as delivered, at the time of delivery, I called the delivery guy after reaching the main gate of the university where that guy told to pick up the order, on the call the guy asked for pin and name, I gave it to the guy and waited for the guy to come there, the product was marked delivered now, before I had gotten it because I gave the pin on call. That guy asked for id, I thought maybe to see, but later found he wanted to take a photo of the ID I denied the photo, said you can't take photo of my ID, no other delivery has ever done that so I was little suspicious and also cause I'm pretty sure photo of ID is not supposed to be given and all. Anyway, after that the guy refused to give me the delivery (the product was already marked delivered), now I didn't think much of it and called myntra customer support and told them about the whole issue. The next day I got a call from the delivery place, I thought okay I guess the complaint helped, so after university I went to the help, around ***-*** metres from the gate of university. where that guy gave me the parcel I looked at it and said yes this is my parcel, then he asked for ID again I said I denied it yesterday for this only, what is this? he took the parcel and I called customer support again, the support person said not to worry, my issue will be resolved and dont take the parcel and there's no need to show the ID (I didn't mind showing the ID, I just didn't want its photo taken), anyway, so I went and waited few days later complaint resolved, product was delivered, talking multiple times to the customer support, raising the issue again and again , but after few days again, complaint resolved product was delivered. Then yesterday I thought let me try to return it since its already delivered. I had two myntra id's made them just a few weeks ago, ordered only once from each, so I talked to the delivery person who was coming to pick up the return of another order, unrelated to this, never showed up I went to the hub to return the product because thats how good their delivery team is and there only I said I'll mark that product for return as well and you can return it from here only since its here, and that guy nodded his head, but today, that products return failed , that guy marked it damaged product or something, until now I was giving the benefit of the doubt a little to them, maybe they really need the ID for proof? (even though my other myntra purchase no ID was required), but now it was clear, that guy was also pretty rude btw, the first time I went to the hub. Anyway, so now that guy has marked it damaged , and myntra support of no help, even after telling them the complete story. I only have call recordings with the girl in which its clearly insinuated that the parcel is with them only nothing else. Please help me if you can, I'll clear anything thats not clear here again on call or email wherever, this entire thing has been quite mentally stressfull and took a toll at times as well.
