Ferns N Petals - Package not delivered and wrong item delivered

*.Ordered Classic Choco Chip Cake Half KG ₹ *** X *, * Dairy Milk Chocolates **gms each with gift wraping ₹ *** X * and Box Of *** Gms Ferrero Rocher with gift wraping ₹ *** X * on **-June-****. On receiving the items- Dairy Milk Chocolates were just stick to the cake cover with cellotape, no gift wrapping and the choclated were of Rs **, * quantities, which doesnt satisfy the amount charged for this dairy milk. Secondly, delivery boy forgot to deliver Ferrero Rocher, and said that he will go and purchase. He came and just handed, no gift wrapping, nothing. Quantity was not as promised.
When I complained, Sakshi Gupta from Ferns and Petals said, recepient will received Cadbury celebration box with an apology letter on *st July. I got the delivered message at **pm. And guess, it was all lie, nothing was delivered. After that I complained multiple times, no one is responding and they just closing the tickets without resolving the issue. I asked to refund my amount, I dont want any box or apology letter.
*. Again, ordered a Scrumptious Red Velvet Cake- Half Kg ₹ *** X * on **th June-****, cake was just stale, message card had message written in weird handwriting by delivery boy.
Raised a complaint again, got message that they will deliver the cake again on *st July. Again got the message saying its delivered. I dont understand how many times will they lie to the customers?
I just want my refund of Rs ****. I have already wasted time in complaining multiple times, now I want my money back.
