Abhishek Kumar filed complaint against Amazon Online Shoping on May 7, 2018
I ordered a product from amazon on **th march it was due to be delivered on *th april ****. But they were unable to deliver I contacted them through mail and calls But they kept on asking me "give me ** hrs then **hrs". Then I filed for claim to amazon on **th april. They told me that my problem will be solved within ** days but nothing happened. In between the seller contacted me for outside settlement. He told me that till the tume I don't withdraw my claim I wont be refunded. I was in regular touch with amazon through mail and calls and they just kept me telling it is under investigation. Meanwhil the seller called me again on **th april **** and asked me again to withdraw the claim and told me frankly that if I go for my claim through it will take ** days and even a month. And today is *th May and I think he said the truth about the refund throgh amazon.He even called me today and stated that Amazon was forcing him for outside settlement.
I don't know what to do because on the other hand when I call amazon they say "please do not withdraw the claim".
I have sent so many mails to amazon and also to its buyer-guarantee team , I also sent forwaded them the mail by the seller and the screen shot still no action has been taken.Amazon has not been able to refund after there deadline also.
There deadline date for refund was by **th April****.
