Nyka - Package not delivered and refund not recieved

On *nd March I’ve placed an order it consists of * items out of * I’ve received two remaining items I’ve not received. I’ve spoken in customer care service after ** days of placement of order. The executive advices me to cancel the order. So she said she is cancelling the order and I will receive the payment within *-** days and now it’s been more then * months but the refund was not initiated.More then * to * times I have spoken to the executive every time I’m getting the same response. Please resolve this problem.This is the worst experience ever. Really don’t know if In future I’ll shop from Nyka. For your reference I’m writing the order no. NYK-********-*******
