NYKA - Delivery delayed

Myself sweetygiri.this nyka company harassing me badly with my delivery product if delay ..I need a strict action against this company as I raised a ticket if complaint more than * times for delayed delivery hence even I told them that delivery boy is not contacted me and in website they r reporting that customer is not available.and at the end company cancel my product and refuned it took a week .and at the end I ordered again my product..and the same situation is continuing happening.i complaint nyka customer care helpline I did all the possible things but at the end in results i didn't get my product.tbis shadowfax delivery is badly harassing me
