NYKA - Order not delivered

I had placed an order before lockdown i.e. **th march **** ahich got stuck because of lockdown, and has not been delivered till now **.**.**** nor they have canceled the order nor refunding the amount.
Since it is in process of delevring i also have no option tk cancel this order either.
Its almost * months now i had purchased this product from market. I want to cancel the same and customer care says the issue will be closed in ** hrz and so on... but so for no action is taken.
