I ordered through Zomato, my order was not delivered also they didn't refund money for the delivery not made. They claim they tried reaching me but couldn't reach, i was at my doorstep and the executive never turned up inside my street. I pinged the executive to call me since I couldn't reach him. The app doesn't allow to retrieve the chat of mine with the executive where is very visible that I was responsive but they closed the case where I neither got my food nor my money
