I have complaints regarding * purchase which has one Order ID and supposed to be delivered in one shipment.
*. I have received one parcel, which contained a single product ( attached the screenshot of the label attached to it). I had reported this to customer service once I realized that both products had the same shipment number and only one was delivered to me. To me the statement that both were delivered intact amounts to cheating.
*. The product that was delivered had a broken stem- and it was delivered on **th November and they closed the return window on *st December(there must have been a ** day window)? I believe there is a glitch in the application and I have been reporting this issue right from the beginning. Also, the link to upload attachment is not working may be because system is considering *st December as the last day of return.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
