I contacted many times but my problem was not solved. I booked a parcel on *nd November **** from direct Delhivery. Noida to Mumbai. Unfortunately it was not delivered on time so I cancelled it on **th November ****. In tracking it shows the parcel reached at Noida on **th November ****. But since I did not get any updates, today on **nd November I went to Delhivery Office Sector ** Noida to get the updates about Parcel and after looking multiple times they didn't find my parcel. Then a person goes through CCTV Footage and finds the package. But when I saw the package it was different. I booked Medium parcel in Electronics (Which has Laptop). But The package I saw there was covered in plastic wrap only something like clothes.
I did not get my Package (The Original Images of Packing Attached)
What will I do Where I will Contact)
any update about that.
Please fix the issue as soon as possible.
Or Should I complain somewhere else.
