Hello My name is Samarla Harish Chandra and my account number is **********. I have upgraded my plan from ** MBPS to *** MBPS on *th August **** and I am facing slow internet speed, raised a complaint about slow internet on *th August ****. I opted for *** MBPS but I am getting *** KBPS. Without giving me a proper resolution complaint closed by Hathway cable and datacom limited executive. I have raised a complaint on **th August **** till now I didn't get any response from their side. I am doing work from home so it is very difficult to work without internet.

Therefore, I am requesting you to take necessary action against them.
