Hathway Cable And Datacom Limited - Hathway broadband Deposit amount refund

I asked for new broad band connection with hathway and they said they have only * months plan and *** you should deposit and its refundable,it's a three months plan(June to oct), in mid september my network is not stable and i raised * to * request but everyday some person will visit my home and they checked cable, power supply and router and no one was able to resolve, i was not able to do my office work and my productivity got severely impacted.
finally i decided to close my connection and raised a request, one guy came and took my router and he said he will update billing team so your request for refund will be initiated.
After a day they installed my router to someone and i received an email as per hathway process, refund amount is applicable for only customer who are using their service for * years so your not eligible to get that amount.
Note: while taking new connection no sales guy said i should use hathway for * years to claim *** rs deposit amount
Please take necessary action and refund my *** rs deposit amount.
