This Is Not The First Time I'm Facing Issue With Service Provider, in voxya itself I made request but no response till date. I'm A Recruiter Working From Home. I Taken A Broadband Connection From Hathway, I Have Network Issue Happened On *th June And Requested For Service From ISP. After Calling So Many Times Till Date They Haven't Responded To My Network Problem As I Have Paid * Months Advance To Isp So That Have To Continue With It. With Kind Of Irresponsible Services I Lost All My Work And Clients.Kindly Do Necessary Action Against The Network So That In Future They Never Treat Customers Badly.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
