Mahima suri filed complaint against Myntra on Mar 21, 2022
I am working in a school and I always give my school address for the product delivery. But every time the delivery boy of only Myntra used to come after school hours or on Sunday to deliver the product. Not even a single time he came in school hours and he always insist me to receive the product that day only. I have registered this complaint in Myntra earlier also but no resolution was done. This time again I have ordered a suit and jeans and delivery boy called me Saturday evening to receive the products. I have told him that school is closed , kindly deliver it on Monday but he started arguing me that I have to receive the product today only and ordering me not to give the school address from the next time. I have clearly said that there is not need to argue, deliver it on Monday. But he has cancelled my order on monday morning saying the address is incorrect. I have bought the product in sale...Now the Myntra customer care executive is suggesting me to re order the product. Is this the solution? How could I purchase the same item in an increased cost? And how could they cancel the product without asking the customer?
I need the resolution and the strict action against the delivery boy and Myntra
