Santosh bisht filed complaint against Myntra on Jun 26, 2020
This is regarding my ORDER NO: *******-*******-******* from Mynta which was placed on ** may and Myntra has not even shipped my item as i have checked with their Ekart Logistics but they changed the status as shipped so that I am unable to cancel the order.
Since **st may the Order status is shipment details received and I have called them multiple times to cancel this order and refund my amount but they are not doing it. Every time their manager calls and give me ** hours for update which are already passed. Its been more than ** days and they are holding my money. Attaching order details and shipment details and customer care case raised. They have closed all my queries and now stopped responding to me. This was a birthday gift for my father and was suppose to reach on time due to lockdown situation. I am mentally disturbed by calling them atleast **-** times.
