Product not delivered. Order date **th October ****. The app shows delivered on **th October. When I contacted Amazon on **th October they told me the exchange policy got over on **th October **** and I cannot get an exchange of the product. Order ID ***-*******-*******
I told them that I haven't received the product and i don't want an exchange but they refused.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
