I have ordered the dress * days before. I have mailed them about the order confirmation and they told they accepted the order and will be shipping. But till now there are no progress in it and in my profile it is still showing there are no orders . I didn't get any information about whether the product is shipped or not. I have send them many mails regarding my queries and they are not even responding. I have paid Rs **** and I need it back. I don't want their product. Their services are very poor. It is the first time I am ordering from their site and this is the experience.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
